Sturgen Properties have built up a reputation for quality and experience in the retail market place.
Sturgen Properties first scheme was the renovation and rebirth of a vibrant retailing premises on Queen Street, in 1995 in an area which was written off by commercial pundits. The premises was delivered in Spring 1996 and OHare & company opened their first Mens and Ladies fashion store in Belfasts city centre.
In 1998 Sturgen properties Banbridge premises was destroyed in a terrorist bomb attack. The Architectural brief was to develop a landmark building as a focal point of retail, along Banbridges main shopping area. Incorporating modern building skills, the largest single panes of glass in Northern Ireland and high ceilings the resulting building was commended by many. 1999 Architectural magazine featured the modern design paying much respect to Architect Paul Monaghan.
Sturgen properties Queen Street premises redevelopment commenced in 2005. The resulting building, Sturgen Buildings, is a mixed use Office/Retail scheme.
